Shilla Benefit Consultants, Inc. is a nationally recognized employee benefit consulting and administration company, with over 12 years of experience in third-party administration and recordkeeping services.
Since our inception, Shilla has gained recognition for providing quality services to small closely held corporations as well as multi-state employers. Our services can be offered on a modular or bundled basis to provide the maximum flexibility at the least amount of cost to our clients.
Our staff has extensive training and experience in Flexible Benefit Plans (Cafeteria Plans), Defined Contribution Plans, and employee benefit consulting. The process of implementing any of our services begins first with employer consulting, second-plan design, third-employee communications, fourth-enrollment services and last administration.
